I cannot say enough positive things about this company! I first called them out for a couple drain cleanings I needed for my rental home, and then ended up needing an entire water heater replacement in my main home. From the very first point of contact for an estimate, to the job completion, they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Amanda was courteous and so kind, the owner Chris called me within just a few minutes of my quote request and fit me into his schedule within 24 hours. Him and Frank showed up right on time and made me feel so comfortable with how thoroughly they explained everything, but also took time to listen and answer any questions I had. They went over the options and worked with me to find a suitable solution that fit within my budget and timeline. They completed the work within the same week, and Chris has since called me twice to follow up and make sure I was completely satisfied. It's not fun to run into plumbing needs that are impossible to plan ahead for, but it's nice to still have a good local company that I now know I can rely on and trust! Will be using again and recommending!

I called Carolina Plumbing & Remodel out to my house last week because I was having low pressure in all my faucets. Amanda answered the phone and told me she could have a technician come out same day and take a look at my issue. Chris showed up within the hour and let me know that the issue was being caused by an old pressure valve in my garage. He measured my house pressure and gave me three options to fix the issue. I ended up choosing the valve replacement and voila my water pressure is better than before I moved in. He even made sure I was comfortable with the pressure before he left. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, and I will definitely be calling again.

Amanda took my phone call and sent over the Fantastic Francisco. He did a very good job with my sewage lift pump situation all the way out in Burlington. Cleaned up after the job was complete. Displayed great workmanship throughout. Will definitely use them again.

After having our insurance company bring out plumbers multiple times and not doing anything about our water heater issue, my family and I decided to try out Carolina plumbing because of my friend Francisco who works for them. I never realized the difference it makes having a knowledgeable plumber and someone who’s not out to just keep making money off of you from repeat calls. They told us the issue and got to it quick. Chris, the owner, is a standup guy and worked really well with my parents who needed a little help translating since I wasn’t there. They were patient and got the work done, and no more water heater issue finally! Seriously, from the bottom of my heart, thank you guys!!

My water heater was leaking in the crawlspace and this first time home owner was panicking. I shut off the value to stop that but it caused another leak! Carolina Pluming was the only plumbing company that reassured me I did the right thing and came the next day fix it. Fransisco explained the issues and some options while being friendly and patient. I did end up replacing the water heater because I didn’t want a repeat but I thought the price was pretty reasonable and they got it all done same day! Even added a little customization to help water from flooding again in the crawlspace. Fransisco took photos of everything, which I forgot to do, and provided me all the info I needed to submit for a home insurance claim. Very thankful for that! Definitely keeping this company in mind for any future plumbing things. Hot water seems to be working great! 😊.

I started having plumbing issues on Saturday. I called so many plumbers between Saturday and Sunday. Most of them were rude. None of them were really helpful. Once I called Carolina plumbing, the manager, Chris he actually listened to my issue and let me explain what happened from start to finish. He even explained to me what he thought. the issue might’ve been. He was really really helpful with the way he explained everything to me and made sure I understood it. His Kindness Is what made me pick this company. Chris went out of his way to get me on their schedule for today and I am very thankful for that. When the plumbers couldn’t make it at the time that they stated someone from the office called me and informed me and then Chris also called me just to make sure someone called me to make sure that I knew I was still on their list and what the holdup was. Once Francisco and Curtis got to my house and we found the sewer entrance that was hiding in the yard ( One day when I was cutting the grass I hit the top and broke it so that left it open. Something I didn’t know at the time was important being a first time home owner. They made sure to show me what I needed to buy to cover it once they left ) they let me know my options as far as how they could fix the problem. They inform me they may be able to fix the problem outside, instead of pulling one of the toilet toilets up which meant less money and being a single mom taking care of three kids that was a blessing. They were very nice and professional and quoted me a price before they started the work. They were able to unclog the sewer line in no time and because it didn’t take that long. They dropped the price down a little bit and they didn’t have to do that. They could’ve let me pay the price that they had quoted me before they started the work. This whole situation was very stressful, but this company made it easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody.
